Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secured via Shopify Payments.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@norelyshop.com. We will do our best to modify or cancel your order before it ships. Once the package has been sent, we can no longer intervene.

Can the MAMAN15 promo code be combined with other offers?
No, promo codes cannot be combined with each other. Only one code can be used per order.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?
We ship from Belgium. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
— Belgium: 1 to 3 business days, free shipping
— France: 3 to 5 business days, €4.99

How can I track my order?
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly from the provided link.

Do you deliver to relay points?
Yes, delivery to relay points is available for France via Mondial Relay. Select this option at checkout.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately at contact@norelyshop.com with your order number and photos if the package is damaged. We will handle everything for you.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my kit if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, you have 30 days from receipt to return the product to us, without having to justify your decision. Contact us at contact@norelyshop.com and we will send you a return label.

What condition must the product be in to be returnable?
The product must be returned in its original packaging. Products clearly used inappropriately are not eligible for a refund.

When will I be refunded?
The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the return, to your original payment method.

Product & Use

How do I choose my size?
Base your choice on your waist circumference before pregnancy:
— M: 70–80 cm
— L: 80–90 cm
— XL: 90–100 cm
— XXL: 100–110 cm
We recommend taking one size larger than your usual size for comfortable and effective wear after childbirth.

Can I use the kit after a C-section?
Yes, the Norelys kit is suitable for both natural delivery and C-section. Always consult your midwife or doctor before starting, especially after a C-section.

When can I start wearing the belts?
Generally, from the first few days after childbirth. Start with the belly belt for the first week, then gradually add the waist belt and hip belt. Consult your midwife before starting.

How long should I wear the belts per day?
We recommend wearing them for 6 to 8 hours a day. You can wear them under your clothes—they are discreet and breathable.

Can they be machine washed?
Yes, the belts are machine washable at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the elasticity of the materials.
